Getting Started
How do I access a product after purchase?
After checkout you will receive an email with download links and/or access instructions. For SaaS products, create an account using the same email address used at checkout to unlock your plan automatically.
I did not receive my download email. What should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If it is not there, email us at support@owlematic.pro with your order number and we will resend access within a few hours.
Do I need to create an account to use the products?
One-time digital products (templates, guides, datasets) do not require an account. SaaS tools and Chrome extensions with Pro features require a free Owlematic account.
Billing & Subscriptions
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to Settings → Billing, and click "Cancel Plan". Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Will my price increase when I renew?
No. Our price-lock guarantee means your renewal price never goes up as long as your subscription stays active.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing?
Yes. In your account under Settings → Billing, switch to annual at any time. The difference is prorated and applied immediately.
Do you offer refunds?

Licenses & Usage
Can I use a template in a client project?
Yes. A Personal License covers use in client projects where the template is not the end product being delivered. See the License Agreement for full details.
Can I share my license with my team?
A Personal License covers one individual. To share with your team, upgrade to a Team License which covers up to 10 members.
What does "no redistribution" mean?
You may not resell, sublicense, or publicly share the product files. You can use the output (built software, completed documents) commercially.
Technical
Which browsers do Chrome extensions support?
All Chrome extensions support Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers (Edge, Brave, Arc). Firefox support varies by product — check the product page.
Do templates receive future updates?
Yes. One-time purchases include all updates within the same major version. Annual SaaS subscribers receive all updates continuously.
Can I request a feature?
Yes. Email us or use the feedback form in your account dashboard. We track requests and prioritize the most-requested features.
