This license agreement ("License") governs your use of digital products purchased from Owlematic, including but not limited to code templates, Chrome extensions, guides, and datasets.

Personal License (×1)
A Personal License grants one (1) individual the right to use the purchased product in personal and commercial projects. The licensee is the named purchaser.
Permitted uses
- — Use in your own business or freelance work
- — Use in projects delivered to clients (end product is not the template itself)
- — Modify the product for personal or commercial internal use
Prohibited uses
- — Sharing access with other individuals or team members
- — Redistributing, reselling, or sublicensing the product
- — Using the product as the basis for a competing product available to the public
Team License (×3)
A Team License grants up to ten (10) members of a single organization the right to use the product for internal business purposes.
Permitted uses
- — Use by up to 10 individuals employed by or contracted to the purchasing organization
- — Internal business workflows and products not distributed externally
- — Modification for internal organizational needs
Prohibited uses
- — Use by more than 10 individuals
- — Redistribution to external parties, clients, or the public
- — Use in products sold or distributed to end-users
- — Sublicensing to subsidiaries or affiliates not included in the original purchase
SaaS Products
SaaS subscriptions are licensed to the account holder and are governed by the Terms of Service. A SaaS license is non-transferable and cannot be resold.
Intellectual Property
All products remain the intellectual property of Owlematic. This license grants you the right to use the product as described but does not transfer ownership or copyright. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices.
Lifetime Deals
Lifetime Deal (LTD) purchases grant a perpetual, non-transferable license to the product version available at the time of purchase, plus all future updates released within the same major version. LTDs are subject to the same usage terms as standard licenses.
Termination
This license terminates automatically if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies in your possession. Owlematic reserves the right to revoke licenses used in violation of these terms.
