30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Most Owlematic products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. No lengthy process. Email us, describe the issue, and we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.

Rules by Product Type

SaaS Subscriptions

30-day money-back

Cancel anytime for a prorated refund on unused days within the first 30 days. After 30 days, cancel to stop future billing; no refund on the current period.

Annual plan early termination (after 30 days): 20% cancellation fee on remaining months.

Digital Products (PDF, Guides)

30-day refund

Full refund if the product doesn't match its published description. A brief description of the issue is required.

Download limit exceeded (>2 downloads): refund ineligible.

Code Templates

30-day refund

Full refund if the template does not work as described in the documentation. Must include steps to reproduce the issue.

Download limit exceeded (>2 downloads): refund ineligible.

Chrome Extensions

30-day refund

Refund if the extension fails to function as advertised on supported browsers. Compatibility issues with unsupported browsers are not eligible.

Datasets (Owllake)

7-day refund

Refund within 7 days if the dataset does not match its published schema or has more than 5% inaccurate records. Documentation required.

Free Tools

N/A

Free tools have no associated charge and are therefore not eligible for refund.

When Refunds Are Not Issued

  • Digital products (PDF, templates, code) have been downloaded more than 2 times — excessive downloads indicate full access was obtained.
  • More than 30 days have passed since purchase (except where noted).
  • The issue cannot be reproduced or no problem description is provided.
  • Refund is requested for incompatibility with custom environments not listed in the product requirements.
  • Account was terminated for Terms of Service violations.
