Frequently Asked Questions
Does it handle scanned PDFs (image-based)?
Scanned PDFs require OCR. The current version does not include OCR. It works on text-based PDFs only. An OCR add-on is planned.
What happens to tables with complex merged cells?
Complex merged-cell tables are converted to the best-effort Markdown equivalent. The conversion notes unresolvable merges as inline comments.
